The Help Desk mission was urgent and multifaceted, designed to address the sheer terror and day-to-day struggle of the community during the peak crisis.

Urgent Medical Support

As oxygen became a critical necessity, we provided support through **Project Breathe**, securing 25 vital oxygen units. We also facilitated free medicines, tele-consultations, and plasma assistance.

More than supplies, we offered hope. Our **24/7 helpline** provided verified leads on hospital beds, connecting desperate families with resources when information was scarce and time was running out.

Sustaining the Vulnerable

Recognizing the economic crisis, we launched massive relief. Volunteers served **free cooked meals to 200 people** daily for 10 days and distributed **1,200 month-long ration kits**.
