The Kerala Floods
Relentless rains caused state reservoirs to overflow, leading to severe flooding that inundated thousands of homes, stranded families, and disrupted infrastructure, claiming over 400 lives. As the waters receded, aid from various governmental and non-governmental sources intensified to restore the state.
UFH's Interventions
United for Humanity (UFH) identified critical needs in overlooked areas and provided targeted interventions. UFH distributed over 500 school kits, including bags, pencils, books, and stationery, to four schools and provided clothes to more than 50 families.
